Headless and takeover
A session runs in one of two input modes.
Headless (the default)
The agent works through the apps' accessibility interfaces. It does not move your pointer or type with your keyboard, so you can keep working.
Takeover
Some actions need the real pointer and keyboard. They need a session started in takeover mode, which has:
- its own consent line in the dialog, accepted with a click;
- a visible indicator for as long as the takeover lasts;
- a hand-back: your own input stops the driver at once.
| Mode | Moves your pointer | Extra consent | Indicator |
|---|---|---|---|
headless | No | No | No |
takeover | Yes | Yes, click-only | Always visible |
